【摘要】 目的 评价人文关怀护理在慢性乙肝病人中的应用效果。方法 将2004年1～12月在我院住院实行人文关怀护理慢性乙肝病人98例，与2003年1～12月实施人文关怀护理前80例慢性乙肝病人进行病人满意度比较。结果 病人对护理的满意度从2003年的86.25%提高至2004年的97.95%，经χ2检验，差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)；护患纠纷从3降为0。结论 在慢性乙肝病人中实施人文关怀护理可提高病人满意度，减少护患纠纷,帮助病人掌握健康知识，利于病人康复。

    The application of humane nursing in patients with chronic hepatitis B

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of application of humane nursing in patients with chronic hepatitis B.Methods From Jan to Dec 2004 98 patients with chronic hepatitis B were applied humane nursing,and patient′s satisfactory rate were compared with that of 80 patients in 2003 before the application of humane nursing.Results Patient′s satisfactory raised from 86.25 %to 97.95%,which showed significant difference (P<0.01).And disputes between patients and nurses reduced from 3 to 0.Conclusion The application of human nursing in patients of chronic hepatitis B can raise patients′ satisfactory rate and reduce dispute. ......
