【摘要】 目的 研究食醋对乳牙牙釉质的脱矿作用。 方法 采用微量化学分析法检测食醋处理乳牙牙釉质后食醋中钙含量的变化。采用维氏显微硬度仪测定经食醋涂擦后乳牙牙釉质表面显微硬度的变化。 结果 食醋能导致乳牙牙釉质钙溶出和表面显微硬度下降，随时间延长钙溶出减少，表面显微硬度降低的程度减弱。 结论 食醋对乳牙牙釉质具有脱矿作用并可使釉质表面显微硬度降低

    A study of deciduous enamel demineralization by vinegar

    【Abstract】 Objective To research the deciduous enamel demineralization caused by vinegar.Methods The cal-cium of the vinegar were analyzed byUV spectrophotometry，and then the deciduous enamel was immersed in vinegar.And the calcium in the vinegar were analyzed by EL312e microplate.The enamel surface microhardness was measured by a microhardness tester.Results The vinegar had demineralizing effect on deciduous enamel and decreased the sur-face microhardness of deciduous enamel.Conclusion The vinegar may have erosive effect on deciduous enamel.
