【摘要】 目的 了解淮南地区慢性胃炎和消化性溃疡幽门螺杆菌(H.pylori)感染情况，探讨丽珠胃三联根除H.pylori疗效。 方法 在内镜下诊断为慢性胃炎和消化性溃疡的病人，于胃窦部距离幽门约3～5cm和胃体部大弯侧分别夹取2块胃粘膜组织，用于尿素酶检查、直接涂片镜检和病理组织学检查，前者与后两者任一阳性者为H.pylori感染阳性。 结果 慢性浅表性胃炎(CSG)H.pylori阳性率为81.6%，慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)为63%，胃溃疡(GU)为90.8%，十二指肠溃疡(DU)为93.3%。 结论 本地区慢性胃炎和消化性溃疡患者H.pylori阳性率较高，丽珠胃三联治疗本地区H.pylori阳性的慢性胃炎和消化性溃疡，根除率高，疗效好，表明适宜用丽珠胃三联根除本地区H.pylori感染阳性患者。
