鼻内镜手术150例临床分析

【摘要】 目的 探讨鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉的疗效以及影响疗效的因素。方法 采用鼻内镜对150例慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉患者进行手术。结果 Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ型患者治愈率分别为900%、82.4%和640%，各型治愈率差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论 鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉是一种有效的方法，值得推广普及。【关键词】 鼻内镜；慢性鼻窦炎；鼻息肉；疗效
Clinical analysis of endoscopy sinus surgery of 150 cases

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the curative effects of endoscopic sinus surgery.Methods 150 cases of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps have been undergone endoscopic sinus operation.
Results The results showed that the cure rate was 90% for type Ⅰ,82.3% for type Ⅱ and 64% for type Ⅲ.There was significant difference in cure rate among different types (P<0.01).Conclusion The operation is efficacious and safe in the treatment of nasal polyps and chronic sinusitis,worth to spreading.
