[摘要] 目的：调查医用X线诊断工作者口腔扁苔藓患病情况。方法：对咸宁市三级医院300名医用X线诊断工作者进行口腔检查，口腔扁平苔藓的诊断经病理学检查证实。结果：300名医用X线诊断工作者中口腔扁平苔藓7例，患病率为2.33%，病变主要见于40岁以上并从事X线检查工作10年以上的人员。结论：医用X线诊断工作者中口腔扁平苔藓患病率较高，可能与免疫功能降低有关。

    [Abstract]Objective: To find out the prevalence of oral lichen plannus in the radiologists and radiographers. Methods: 300 radiologists or radiographers were investigated rate was, and oral lichen plannus (OLP)was diagnosed by clinical examination and biopsy. Results: OLP inected rate was 2.33% (7/300) in radiologists and radiographers, and most of the lesions were found in workers older than 40 years and working more than 10 years.
