Abstract
AIM: To investigate the role of CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells in the immune responses of patients with chronic hepatitis C.
METHODS: The number of CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells in the peripheral blood of chronic HC patients was detected by flow cytometry. Then the CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells were co-cultured with CD4+CD25-T cells, and their inhibitory effect was analyzed ......
