摘 要：目的：探讨肝切除治疗原发性肝癌的疗效。方法：回顾性分析2001年7月至2003年12月手术治疗情况。结果：右半肝切除15例、左半肝切除26例、肝中叶切除10例、肝右后叶切除7例、肝局部切除24例。术后病理诊断为肝细胞癌75例、胆管细胞癌7例。本组术后近期出血1例，再次手术止血；胆瘘3例，2例行腹腔引流治愈，1例行ERCP置管引流治愈；无手术死亡。术后半年内死亡10例(12.2%)，1年内死亡27例(32.9%)，余45例现均存活。结论：掌握肝切除手术指征及肝切除量、严格控制术中肝出血、正确处理肝创面及术后并发症，才能保证手术治疗的效果。
