摘要：目的与方法：通过对187例前列腺增生症患者经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)的护理，术前做好心理护理和术前准备、术后密切观察病情变化，做好各种管道护理。结果与结论：预防出血、尿路感染、肺部感染、褥疮、便秘、静脉血栓形成等并发症，并做好拔管后的护理，及给予详细的出院指导，取得了较好的效果。

    The Treatment of the TURP Patients

    Abstract: Objective and method: We nursed the 187 TURP patients who suffered from BPH. Before the operation, We cared about the patients’psychological feelings and made good preparations. We carefully watched the patients’conditions after the operations. Result and Conclusion: Prevented against the complications such as hemorrhage, urthra infection, lungs infection, bedsore constipation and vein thrombosis.We also offered the instruction after the patients went home. We achieved a lot.
