摘要：目的：探讨脑弥漫性轴索损伤的诊断与治疗，提高治愈率，降低死亡率、致残率。方法：回顾总结我院近四年来收治的83例脑弥漫性轴索损伤的诊断和治疗措施及预后状况。结论：弥漫性轴索损伤的诊断主要靠病史及临床表现与CT、MRI相结合，治疗应采取亚低温治疗及维持生命体征稳定和手术治疗等。

    Abstract： Objective： Study the diagnosis and treatment of Diffuse axonal injury (DAI), increase cure rate ,lower the death rate,lower the disable rate. Method： Sume up my hospital near four years accept the diagnosis and treatment ,83 DAI patients that cure with cure the measure and after instauration condition.Conclusion： The diagnosis that DAI is main to depend on the disease history and clinical express to combine together with CT,MRI. Curing should adopt moderate hypothermia and main the life advertises for the stability and surgical operation etc.
