摘要：目的:探讨护理环节管理在化疗病人中的应用。方法:对245例病人，静滴5-Fu、长春新碱、表阿霉素、环磷酰胺、丝裂霉素、顺铂等药物，分别选用手背静脉、前臂静脉、手指小静脉、桡静脉注射，进行加强护理环节管理。结果:245例中未发生药液渗漏的240例占97%；发生渗漏的5例占3%。其中对于发生药液渗漏的病人，因及时采取有效措施，均未发生皮下组织坏死。结论: 建立严密的环节管理责任制度，严格掌握技术操作方法，能有效的防止化疗药液渗漏。

    The Application Study of Nursing Process Management on the Patients Under Chemical Therapy

    Abstract： Objective： To investigate the role of administration of nursing process management to patients under chemical therapy. Methods: All the 245 cases were received 5-fu, Vincristine, Epirubicin , cyclophosphamide , Mitomycin, Cisplatin through intravenous injection by palm venous,forearm venous,finger venous,radial venous,growped and compaired.Results： 240 of 245 cases had no drug leakage ,comprising 97%;5 cases had drug leakage.All cases of drug leakage had no subcutaneous tissue necrosis for valid measurement in time.Conclusion： Establish the exact management and grasping the technical performance can avoid the chemical drugs leakage effectively. ......
