     摘要：目的：比较红毛五加多糖和香菇多糖对体外人胃癌细胞增殖的抑制作用。方法：采用体外细胞培养计数法。结果：红毛五加多糖和香菇多糖对体外人胃癌细胞增殖均有显著性抑制作用(P<0.05)，且红毛五加多糖作用强于香菇多糖 (P<0.05)。结论：红毛五加多糖对胃癌可能有一定防治作用。

    Abstract:Objective:To compare the inhibitory effect of polysaccharrides between Acanthopanax giraldii Harms (AGP) and Lentinan on the proliferatoion of the human gastric cancer cell in vitro.Methods:In vitro culture cell number count assay was adopted.Results:Compared with the blank control group, both polysaccharrides of Acanthopanax giraldii Harms (AGP) and Lentinan significantly inhibited the proliferation of the human gastric cancer cell in vitro (P<0.05).Conclusion:AGP may have some efficacy on the prevention and cure of the gastric cancer. ......
