数字化二次点片法眶内异物定位的临床应用

摘要:目的:探讨数字化二次点片法对眶内异物定位的临床应用价值。方法:用数字X线机对51例眶内异物,通过二次点片进行摄片定位,并与46例常规的单片多次曝光法比较。结果:数字化二次点片法图像清晰,分辨力高,成功率为96.08%,而常规的单片多次曝光法因图像清晰度差,重照率高,成功率仅为 60.87%。结论:应用数字化二次点片法对眶内异物的定位,优于常规的单片多次曝光法。关键词:眶内异物;放射摄影术
The Clinical Application of two-time Spotting Digital Imaging in iocation of Orbital Foreign Body

Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the clinical application of two-time spotting digital imaging in location of orbital foreign body.Method: A digital X-ray machine was used to locate the orbital foreign body of 51 cases with the methods of two-time spotting digital imaging, and the results were compared with those of 46 cases acquired with conventional single spotting digital imaging of multiple-exposure. Result: The results acquired by two-time spotting digital imaging were clear, and of high resolution, with a success rate of 96.08%, while the results acquired by conventional single spotting digital imaging of multiple-exposure were not clear, only with the success rate of 60.87%. Conclusion: For orbital foreign body location, two-time spotting digital imaging is a better approach compared with conventional single spotting digital imaging of multiple-exposure. ......
