摘要：目的：探讨数字化二次点片法对眶内异物定位的临床应用价值。方法：用数字X线机对51例眶内异物，通过二次点片进行摄片定位，并与46例常规的单片多次曝光法比较。结果：数字化二次点片法图像清晰，分辨力高，成功率为96.08%，而常规的单片多次曝光法因图像清晰度差，重照率高，成功率仅为 60.87%。结论：应用数字化二次点片法对眶内异物的定位，优于常规的单片多次曝光法。

    The Clinical Application of two-time Spotting Digital Imaging in iocation of Orbital Foreign Body

    Abstract： Objective: To evaluate the clinical application of two-time spotting digital imaging in location of orbital foreign body.Method: A digital X-ray machine was used to locate the orbital foreign body of 51 cases with the methods of two-time spotting digital imaging, and the results were compared with those of 46 cases acquired with conventional single spotting digital imaging of multiple-exposure. Result: The results acquired by two-time spotting digital imaging were clear, and of high resolution, with a success rate of 96.08%, while the results acquired by conventional single spotting digital imaging of multiple-exposure were not clear, only with the success rate of 60.87%. Conclusion: For orbital foreign body location, two-time spotting digital imaging is a better approach compared with conventional single spotting digital imaging of multiple-exposure. ......
