摘要：目的：探讨食管静脉曲张硬化剂治疗对门脉高压性胃病(PHG)的影响。方法：回顾性分析86例术后随访结果，并探讨其病因。结果：注射硬化剂前PHG14例，检出率16.3%。注射硬化剂后PHG发生率84.9%(73/86)，明显升高，差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论：食管静脉曲张硬化剂治疗明显增加和加重PHG。

    The Effects of Sclerotherapy for Esophageal Varices on Portal Hypertensive Gastropathy

    Abstract： Objective: To investigate the effects of sclerotherapy of esophageal varices (EV) on portal hypertensive astropathy.Method: Retrospective analysis was performed over 86 follow-up results after operation and its cause was iscussed. Results: Before injection the positive rate among 14 cases of PHG is 16.3%. After injection the occurrence rate of PHG is 84.9%(73/86) which was increased significantly. The difference is significance (p<0.05). Conclusion: Sclerotherapy for esophageal varices (EV) will significantly cause the development of PHG.
