【摘要】 目的 评价子宫输卵管造影的临床价值。方法 回顾性分析732例子宫输卵管造影的X线表现。结果 输卵管通畅者343例，宫腔内残留节育器2例，子宫发育不良及畸形15例，子宫颈内口闭合不全7例，生殖器官结核4例，双侧输卵管堵塞及双侧输卵管积水98例，单侧输卵管堵塞263例。结论 子宫输卵管造影是诊断不孕症的首选方法之一。

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate clinical value of hysterosalpingography.Methods X-ray findings of hysterosalpingography in 732 cases were analyzed retrospectively.Results The fallopian was normal in 343 cases, birth control of machine in womb in 2 cases,the malformation and dysplasia of womb were 15 cases,the cervix insufficiency was in 7 cases,the reproductive organs tuberculosis was in 4 cases,the bilateral fallopian obstruction and the bilateral hydrosaplpinx showed in 98 cases,the single side fallopian obstructed in 263 cases.Conclusion The hysterosalpingography is an important examination method for fallopian obstruction and dysplasia of womb.
