摘要：目的：总结高频电刀的使用方法，提高电外科知识，防止电刀在手术应用时因操作不当而引起病人或操作者电灼伤或击伤。方法：回顾2002年至2004年67例手术患者使用高频电刀的过程中，医护人员遵照其使用原则和注意事项，严格操作规程,各司其职，正确使用电刀。结果：67例手术患者无一例发生灼伤，操作者也无发生电击伤。结论：在使用高频电刀的过程中，要严格按照仪器的使用原则和注意事项来操作。这样才能安全使用高频电刀，防止灼伤，避免医疗纠纷。

    Abstract： Objective： Summarize the experience of using the electrosurgical and improve the electrosurgical knowledge. Prevent burning the patient or the manipulator caused by the careless use of electrosurgical. Method： In 67 cases of electro surgery from 2002 to 2004, the doctors and the nurses followed the rule of electrosurgical use, and manipulated the electrosurgical correctly. Result： In 67 cases all of the patients and the manipulators are not burned by electricity. Conclusion： In the process of electrosurgical use, we should strictly operate according to the equipment’s rules and cautions. Only after that we could prevent the burn and avoid the medical accident. ......
