摘要:目的:研究桑叶水提物及不同浓度醇提物的体外抑菌和杀菌作用。方法:测定桑叶水提物及50%,70%,85%,95%醇提物的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)和最低杀菌浓度(MBC)。结果:桑叶水提物及醇提物均对金黄色葡萄球菌有较明显抑菌及杀菌作用,对变形杆菌、绿脓杆菌、大肠杆菌也有一定的抑菌或杀菌效果,95%醇提物对绿脓杆菌和大肠杆菌未显示明显抗菌作用。结论:桑叶具有一定抗菌保健作用,在功能性食品、美容保健用品等的制备方面具有开发及应用价值。关键词:桑叶;水提物;醇提物;最低抑菌浓度;最低杀菌浓度
Antibacteria Effect of Aqueous Extract and Ethanol Extract of Mulberry Leaves

Abstract:Objective:To study the antibacteria effect of aqueous extract and ethanol extract of mulberry leaves in vitro.Methods:Minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimal bactericidal concentration (MBC) of mulberry leaves were determined in vitro.Results:The aqueous extract and ethanol extract of mulberry leaves both had strong inhibitory effect and bactericidal action against S.aureus,95% ethanol extract had no antibacteria effect against Ps.aeruginosa and Escherichia.Conclusion:Mulberry leaves have antibacteria effect, vitro.Mulberry leaves have exploitation value on function food、hairdressing and sanitarian manufacture. ......
