【摘要】 目的 探讨慢性前列腺炎的微创治疗。方法 2001年1月～2003年12月对27例慢性前列腺炎患者采用经尿道电切、汽化切除联合治疗。结果 本组27例，术后随访3个月～1年，症状消失23例；症状明显减轻的2例，2例无效。术后并发暂时性尿失禁1例，1个月后自行恢复；并发逆向射精4例，2例3个月后恢复正常，2例6个月后好转。结论 经尿道电切、汽化切除联合治疗慢性前列腺炎是一种较好的方法。

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the validity of TURP TUVRP for CBP, to review the intra and post-operation.Methods From January 2001 to December 2003,27 cases of CBP were treated,27of them being TURP TUVRP.Results All the patients have been followed up for 1/4 to 1 years of 27 cases, 23 cases were cured 2 cases were valid,2 cases were failure, postoperative complications included 1 cases anischuria of 4 cases reversal ejaculate 2 cases of 1/4 years were cured.Conclusion TURP TUVRP recommended for the treatment of symptomatic CBP.
