摘要：目的：探讨采用留置肛管术后结肠回流灌肠、Ⅰ期切除吻合治疗左半结肠癌性肠梗阻的疗效和可行性。方法：使用留置肛管术后结肠回流灌肠对32例左半结肠癌致急性结肠梗阻患者行Ⅰ期切除吻合术的治疗。结果:32例患者全部达到Ⅰ期愈合，术后无1例吻合口瘘发生。结论：采用留置肛管术后结肠回流灌肠、Ⅰ期切除吻合治疗左半结肠梗阻是一种安全有效的措施。

    One-stage Resection and Anastomosis for Acute Obstruction of The Left Colorectal Carcinoma

    Abstract： Objective： To study the effect and feasibility of postoperative colonic lavage and one-stage resection and anastomosis of colon carcinoma associated with acute obstruction. Methods： Postoperative colonic lavage and one-stage resection and anastomasis were performed in 32 patients suffering from the left colorectal with acute obstruction. Results： All 32 cases had healed by first intention without postoperative anastomosis fistula, just one case complication of abdominal infection occurred. Conclusion： Postoperative colonic lavage and one-stage resection and anastomasis have beneficial and therefore that is feasible. ......
