少儿突发性耳聋27例临床分析

     摘要:目的:探讨少儿突发性聋(突聋)的临床特点,以指导临床诊断与治疗。方法:回顾性分析27例(34耳)15 岁以下的少儿突聋的临床表现及预后等,并与74例(76耳)青年突聋进行对比分析。结果:48.1%的患者发病前有明显的病毒感染史,冬春季发病占51.6%。发病至初诊时间、治疗前起始听力曲线水平以及听力图形与疗效及预后极为相关。入院时少儿组听力受损平均89.4dB,对照组71.1dB,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.005);治疗后少儿组听力平均提高13.7 dB,对照组提高30.3 dB,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.005)。结论:少儿突聋耳聋损害程度重,预后较成人差。病毒感染可能是少儿突聋的主要病因,少儿突聋的治疗应针对病因以及进行改善微循环的综合方法治疗,并按急症处理。

    Clinical Analysis of 27 Children with Sudden Deafness

    Abstract: Objective: To study the clinical features of children with sudden deafness(SD). Method: The datas of 27 children(34 ears) under 15 years old with sudden deafness were reviewed, and 74 young patients (76 ears) with SD as controls were investigated. Result: 48.1% children suffered from virus infection before disease , 51.6% patients occurred in the spring and winter. The following factors were correlated with prognosis: time between onset and visiting doctors, hearing curve and figure. Conclusions: The hearing impairment was more severe and the prognosis was more poor in chidren with SD that in the young SD .The leading factor that cause sudden deafness in children is virus infection. The treatment of sudden deafness focuses on treatment of leading factor and improving microcirculation. ......
