摘要：目的：探讨笑气(N2O)在早孕人工流产术中的镇痛作用。方法：选取我院妇科门诊因早期宫内妊娠要求终止妊娠的妇女用笑气吸入镇痛行人工流产术500例作为观察组,随机选取同期早孕妇女行人工流产术500例不采取任何镇痛措施作为对照组, 观察两组疼痛及宫颈松弛度等情况。结果：观察组镇痛显效率(94.0%)明显高于对照组P<0.01, 宫颈松弛度观察组总有效率(88.0%)明显优于对照组(60.0%)P<0.01,两组手术时间、出血量和术后离院时间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论：笑气吸入性镇痛用于人工流产术镇痛效果好,镇痛作用起效快,患者不良反应少,操作简便安全,适合人工流产术需要。

    The Analgesic Effect of Laughinggas in Induced Abortion

    Abstract：Objective: An approach to the analgesic effect of laughinggas(N2O) in inducedabortion. Method: 500 cases of women were selected from the out patients in our college hospital as the observation group who were early pregnant and given laughinggas as analgesia in inducedabortion; the contrast group consisted of randomly selected 500 cases who were given no analgesic measures. Result: The analgesic efficiency of the observation group(94%) was significantly higher than the contrast group(P<0.01); the total efficiency in degree of dilatation of the cervix of the observation group(88%) was significantly superior to that of the contrast group(60%)(P<0.01); There was no significant diversion between the two groups in operation duration, bleeding amount and post-operation session in hospital. Conclusion: The analgesic effect of laughinggas used in inducedabortion is good in that it takes effect immediately and brings about less bad reactions to patients. In addition, it is convenient and safe to operate thus meets the needs of inducedabortion. ......
