摘要：目的：提高直肠肛管损伤早期诊断与治疗水平。方法：回顾性总结分析我院收住直肠肛管损伤50例病人的诊治经验。结果：49例痊愈，1例死亡，总的死亡率为2%(1/50)，并发症发生率为22%(11/50)。结论：直肠肛管损伤伤情复杂，诊治过程中应有所突出，诊治并重。关键词：直肠肛管损伤；诊断；治疗
The Diagnosis and Treatment of Anorectal Injury

Abstract： Objective： To improve the early diagnosis and treatment of anorectal injury. Method： The experience of diagnosis and treatment in 50 cases of anorectal injury in our hospital was retrospectively analyzed. Result： 49 cases recovered and 1 case died. The overall mortality was 2%(1/50) and morbidity of the complications was 22%(11/50). Conclusion： The condition of anorectal injury is very complicated. Due attention should be paid to the diagnosis and treatment.
