摘要：目的：探讨米非司酮配伍米索前列腺醇对过期流产的疗效。方法：米非司酮配伍米索前列腺醇口服治疗28例过期流产观察其疗效。结果： 25例经药物治疗胚胎组织完全排出，出血量少，达到临床治愈，治愈率89.3%。3例服药后配合手术治疗，临床治愈。结论：米非司酮配伍米索前列腺醇用于过期流产，疗效高，人工流产综合征发生率低等优点。

    Clinical Observation on the Effect of Mifepristone and Misaprontol on Prolonged Abortion

    Abstract:Objective: To research the effect of Mifepristone and Misaprontol on prolonged abortion. Method: 28 cases took orally mifepristone and misaprontol. Result: 25 cases dilivered the embryo tissue after taking medicine and there's seldom hemorrahge. The cure rate is 89.3%. There're 3 cases cured after taking medicine. Conclusion: It's effective and with seldom artificial abortion sydrome for prolonged abortion with Misaprontol and Mifepristone.
