【摘要】目的探讨解剖型钢板治疗胫骨 Pilon 骨折的临床疗效。方法对接受解剖型钢板治疗的 86 例 Pilon 骨折患者进行随访。采用 Ruedi-Allgower 分类方法对 Pilon 骨折进行分类：Ⅰ型 6 例，Ⅱ型 13 例，Ⅲ型 7 例。术后平均随访 24 个月(8 ~ 36 个月)。结果疗效评定标准采用 Bourne 等制定的踝关节症状与功能评分系统：优良 21 例，可 3 例，差 2 例。术后创口感染 3 例。结论选择合适的手术治疗时间，应用塑型良好的解剖型钢板治疗胫骨 Pilon 骨折可以获得良好疗效。

    【Abstract】ObjectiveTo evaluate the effect of treatment of Tibial Pilon fracture with anatomical bone plate.MethodsTwenty-six cases of Pilon fracture were treated though typical open reduction and internal fixation (ORIF)with anatomical bone plate from 2001 to 2004.According to the Ruedi-Allgower classification.There were 6 cases of type Ⅰ fracture,13 cases of type Ⅱ fracture and 7 cases of type Ⅲ fracture.The average period of follow up was 24 months(8 to 36 months).ResultsUsing the Bourne's criterion of ankle joint,we got result of excellent in 21 cases,and fair in 3 cases and poor in 2 cases.Complication included infection in 3 cases.ConclusionSelecting good time to operate through ORIF and using anatomical bone plate are effetive methods to improve the clinical results of tibial Pilon fracture. ......
