摘 要：目的：寻找更好的胰腺组织单细胞悬液制备方法。方法：以大鼠冷缺血胰腺组织作为标本，分别采用剪碎和研磨法制备胰腺组织悬液。经台盼蓝染色测细胞存活率，并进行流式细胞术分析。结果：剪碎法细胞形态较完整、存活率高；两种方法细胞凋亡水平(APO)、CV值有显著性差异(P <0.01)。结论：胰腺组织单细胞悬液制备剪碎法优于研磨法。
