【摘要】 目的 评价双吻合器技术在结直肠吻合术尤其是低位结直肠吻合术中的应用。方法 回顾分析自1998年3月～2004年12月7年间采用该技术行直肠癌手术86例的经验。结果 本组86例应用双吻合器的手术中直肠闭合和吻合顺利，术后发生吻合口漏2例(2.33%)，吻合口狭窄5例(5.81%)，伤口感染3例(3.49%)，无手术死亡。结论 双吻合器吻合法可作为低位直肠癌保肛手术的一种安全可靠的术式选择。

    Double stapling technique for anus-preserved in rectal cancer

    【Abstract】 Objective Colorectal anastomosis in deep pelvis has been very difficult to perform during Dixon operation.In this study we evaluated the safety and feasibility of double stapling technique(DST)in anus-preserved operations for patients with low rectal carcinoma.Methods From March 1998 to December 2004 the double stapling technique was used in colorectal anastomosis after anterior resection in 86 patients with rectal cancer,and the results were evaluated.Results Operation of the 86 patients were successful.Complications included anastomotic fistula in 2 (2.33%),anastomotic stenosis in 5(5.81%),and wound infection in 3(3.49%).Conclusion These results suggest that DST provided a safe method for anus-preserved operation in patients with rectal cancer. ......
