【摘要】 目的 观察开窍鼻渊汤配合上颌窦穿刺对鼻窦炎的治疗效果。方法 选取80例鼻窦炎患者随机分为两组，治疗组40例，口服中药开窍鼻渊汤，部分病人行上颌窦穿刺；对照组40例应用抗菌素治疗。结果 开窍鼻渊汤配合上颌窦穿刺能明显改善患者临床症状和体征，与对照组比较差异显著(P<0.01)。结论 开窍鼻渊汤配合上颌窦穿刺治疗鼻窦炎安全可靠，有效率高。
