【摘要】 目的 探讨静脉导管针(BD针)在腹水治疗中的应用价值。方法 超声引导下应用16G BD针经皮穿刺抽吸各种类型腹水,并与普通穿刺针相比较。结果 79例全部一次性穿刺成功,成功率100%。结论 BD针较普通穿刺针抽吸积液更安全有效，值得推广应用。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value of BD angiocath for ultrasound guided biopsies in treatment of celiac effusion. Methods Ultrasound guided puncture aspiration celiac effusion by using 16G BD Angiocath,and compared with common angiocath. Results 79 cases were successfully performed at one time,successful rate was 100%.Conclusion BD angiocath should be popularized to be used because it was more safe and effective than common angiocath.
