摘要：目的：明确卡托普利联合双氢克脲噻治疗高血压对患者脉压的影响。方法：选择我院在2003年1月至2003年3月的高血压病患者50例。给予给予卡托普利及双氢克脲噻规律治疗3个月，观察治疗后脉压的变化情况。结果：治疗3个月观察，患者的血压较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05)，脉压显著缩小(P<0.05)。结论：卡托普利联合双氢克脲噻治疗原发性高血压，在有效降低血压的同时亦有效降低脉压。

    The Effect of Combination of Captopril and Diuretics on Pulse Pressure in Hypertension Patients

    Abstract： Objective： To study the effect of combination treatment of captopril and diuretics on the pulse pressure in patients with hypertension. Method： The patients with hypertension in our hospital from Janury to March in 2003 were included. The patients were treated with combination of captopril and diuretics for 3 months and the pulse pressure were measured. Result： Treatment with captopril and diuretics significantly decreased the blood pressure(P<0.05) and the pulse pressure(P<0.05). Conclusion： Combination of captopril and diuretics in hypertension significantly decreased the blood pressure as well as the pulse pressure. ......
