摘要：目的：观察参麦注射液治疗急性脑梗死(ACI)的疗效和血液粘稠度的关系。方法：急性脑梗塞86例，随机分为两组：两组患者除给予常规治疗外，治疗组给予参麦注射液50ml静脉滴注，每日一次。对照组给予复方丹参20ml加入生理盐水250ml中静脉滴注，每日一次。两组患者均治疗15d后进行疗效评定，并对治疗前后凝血酶原时间、纤维蛋白原、血小板粘附率及血脂等生化指标进行对比分析。结果：经一个疗程治疗后，治疗组基本治愈率68.2%，对照组35.7%，治疗组基本治愈率明显高于对照组(p<0.01)。各生化指标对比提示参麦注射液的抗凝降纤作用突出。结论：早期使用参麦注射液治疗急性脑梗塞是安全有效，且疗效优于复方丹参。

    Evaluating the Efficacy of Shenmai injection in Treating Patients with Cerebral Infarction

    Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the treating effect of Shenmai injection in treating patients with cerebral infarction (CI). Method: 86 cases CI were randomly divided into two groups, in the Shenmai injection treating group 30 cases and compasitae radix salviae miltiorrhizae injection (CRSMI) control group 26 cases. Besides given roution treatment in all patients, the Shen Mai injection 50ml,iv drip,qd,in the treating group and 20ml CRSMI + 0.9%NS 500ml iv drip,qd,in the control group for 15 days . Result: After 15 days therapy, there were significant difference in the curative rate (68.2% vs 35.7% p<0.01) between treatment group and control group. Conclusion: Shenmai injection is an effective and safety medicine in treatment paralysis in patients with cerebral infarction . ......
