摘要：目的：总结五年来诊治恙虫病的临床经验。方法：46例患者均符合恙虫病的诊断，在内科综合治疗的基础上，给予氯霉素治疗。结果：46例患者均治愈出院。结论：用氯霉素治疗恙虫病是最有效的方法之一。对于本病早期诊治是最关键的。

    The Diagnosing and Treating Experience of 46 Cases tsutsugamushi Disease

    Abstract： Objective： To conclude the clinical experience of how to treat tsutsugamushi disease of the last five years. Method: There are 46 cases diagnosed as tsutsugamushi disease, and on the base of comprehensive treatment with medicines, chloromycetin was used to treat the disease. Result: The cases were all recovery. Conclusion: Treating the tsutsugamushi disease with chloromycetinis one of the best effective cure.meanwhile having a early diagnosis for the disease is the key of the treatment.
