摘要:目的：探讨多器官功能障碍综合征(MODS)病人低白蛋白血症的临床意义。方法：对72例MODS病人入住ICU24h内测定血清白蛋白浓度，分腹腔感染组及非腹腔感染组，死亡35例。结果：72例MODS病人低白蛋白血症的发生率为76.38%，其中腹腔感染组低白蛋白血症发生率90%，明显高于非感染组的病人(66.67%，P<0.05)；低白蛋白血症病人的病死率为54.55%，明显高于未发生低白蛋白血症者(29.41%，P<0.05)；腹腔感染组低白蛋白血症病人病死率83.33%，明显高于非腹腔感染组(23.81%，p<0.05)。结论：危重病人低白蛋白血症的发生率较高，尤其见于严重感染病人，其白蛋白降低程度与病情及预后呈明显相关。

    Clinical Analysis of Multiple Organ Dysfunction Syndrome Complicated with Hypoalbuminemia

    Abstract： Objective : To explore the clinical significance of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS) complicated with hypoalbuminemia.
