摘要：目的：预防和治疗外科手术后切口真菌感染。方法：回顾并分析我院 2001年1月至2004年12月发生切口内真菌感染患者。结果：发生切口真感染者 43例，占同期院内感染的10%，主要病原菌为白色念珠菌(占78%)；均有大量应用广谱抗菌药物的用药史，部分患者应用过肾上腺皮质激素类药物。结论：合理应用广谱抗菌药物及皮质激素类药物是预防切口真菌感染及改善预后的重要手段。

    Prevention of Eucymete Infection in the Cuts after Surgical Operation

    Abstract： Objective： Prevention and treatment of eumycete infection in the cuts after surgical operations. Method： Retrospectively analysis of the eumycete infection cases inside the cuts that happened during January 2001 and December 2004. Result： 43 cases of eamycete infection in the cuts happened, accounting for a 10% proportion of all the infection cases in the hospital during the same period of time. The major parhegens are white beadlike bacteria (taking up 78%) and are manifested in patients with a medical history of widely using wide spectrum antibiotics, Some of the patients used certain types of drugs of steroid hormone. Conclusion： Proper use of wide spectrum antibiotics and drugs of steroid hormone is an important in the cuts and improve prognosis. ......
