摘要：目的：建立测定骨痛消胶囊中士的宁的含量测定方法。方法：以甲苯丙酮乙醇浓氨溶液(16∶12∶1∶4)的上层溶液为展开剂，采用双波长反射锯齿扫描法，测定波长λS=254 nm，参比波长λR=325 nm，测定士的宁的含量。结果：样品平均回收率为99.5%，精密度RSD＝4.48%(n＝5)。结论：测定方法简单可行，重现性好，可作为该药质量控制的参考依据。关键词：骨痛消胶囊；士的宁；薄层扫描
Quantitative Determination of Strychnine in GuTongXiao Capsule by TLCScanning

Abstract:Objective:To determine the content of strychnine in GuTongXiao Capsule.Methods:TLC was used with λS=254 nm and λR=325 nm. Results:The average recovery was 99.15%,RSD(n=5)was 1.68%.Conclusion:The method is simple and feasible with good reproducibility. The results can provide a basis for establishing the quality standard of this capsule.
