摘要：目的：评估14C-尿素呼气试验(14C-UBT)和快速尿素酶试验(RUT)检测幽门螺杆菌(Hp)的临床价值。方法：96例上消化道疾病患者经内镜检查后取活检进行RUT，内镜检查前后3d内进行14C-UBT，比较两种酶学检查结果的一致性。结果：96例中83例(86.4%)结果一致，其中65例均为阳性，18例均为阴性，两种方法具有等级相关性。结论：14C-UBT和快速尿素酶试验是临床诊断Hp感染的简便、快速、准确的方法。

    Diagnosis Value of 14C-urea Breath test and Rapid Urease for Helicobacter Pylor Infection

    Abstract： Objective: To evaluate the effect of rapid urease test (RUT) and 14C-urea breath test (14C-UBT) in detecting Helicobacter pylori. Method: 96 gastric mucosal specimens with gastric disease were obtained by endoscopic biopsy and Hp was detected by RUT, and 14C-UBT, respectively. Result: In 96 patients 83 patients (86.4%) were diagnosed accordingly by both methods, in which 65 were the positive and 18 were the negative . The results of RUT were good correspond to those of 14C-UBT. Conclusion: RUT and 14C-UBT were simple、rapid and accurate methods to detect Hp infection. ......
