摘要：目的：对避免破伤风抗毒素皮试结果假阳性的做法进行探讨。方法：选择正确的稀释液，严格掌握皮试液配制方法及皮内注射方法，规定皮试结果最佳观察时间，规范皮试结果判断标准，严格掌握TAT注射原则。结果：采取新方法进行TAT皮试，皮试结果阳性率仅占7.2%，对这7.2%采用了脱敏注射方法，使TAT注射率达99.88%。结论：严格掌握TAT皮试液的配制方法、最佳观察时间及注射原则，可明显降低TAT皮试结果假阳性率，增加病人用药机会。

    The Clinical Technique of Avoiding False Positive Results of Tetanus Antitoxin for Skin Test

    Abstract: Objective: To study clinical technique of avoiding false positive of tetanus antitoxin for skin test. Method: To choose right dilution; to strictly master the formulation of skin test and the technique of intracutaneous injection; to fix the best check time; to set the standard of assessing the result of skin test; to strictly master the injection techniqu, e of tetanus antitoxin. Result: To use the new methods for doing TAT skin test ,the positive rate is only 7.2% and after desensitization injection for the 7.2% patients .We get injection rate of 99.88%. Conclusion: We master strictly the formulation of TAT skin test, assess in the best time, inject TAT correctly. So, we can reduce the rate of false positive and increase the chance of patients for administrating. ......
