【摘要】 目的 初步探讨护理实验室开放与管理方案。方法 参考近几年有关护理实验室的研究文献，对护理实验室开放与管理的现状进行了调查分析。结果 结合多年的实验室管理经验，对护理实验室开放与管理方案进行了科学设计。结论 规范化的实验室开放与管理方案在培养学生知识综合运用能力、创新能力等方面起到非常重要的作用。

    【Abstract】 Objective To probe into the project of the opening and management of nursing lab.Methods Referring to study literature relevant to nursing lab in late few years,investigate situation of the opening and management of nursing lab.Results Combine with lab management experiences for many years,scientific projects for opening and management of nursing lab are designed.Conclusion The standardized project for opening and management of nursing lab is very important for the cultivation of students′ practice skill and innovation ability.
