摘要：目的：探讨重型颅脑损伤患者死亡原因和抢救治疗。方法：总结我院652例重型颅脑损伤的治疗经验，并对142例死亡原因进行分析讨论。结果：本组死亡142例，死亡率21.7%。主要死亡原因：严重脑挫裂伤、颅内血肿、脑疝、脑干损伤，严重的复合伤、合并症、并发症。结论：早期诊断、早期采取手术或非手术综合治疗，积极治疗复合伤及合并症，防治并发症是提高治愈率，降低死亡率的关键。

    The Death Causes of Severe Traumatic Brain Injured of 142 Cases

    Abstract： Objective: To manage the cause and treatment of death of severe traumatic brain injured. Method: Summary treatment experience of 652 cases of severe traumaic brain injured, and analysis and discussed death reason of 142 cases. Result: This set died 142 cases, the nortality is 21.7% the main death reason were:Severe contusion and raceration of brain, brain hernia,brain stem injury, severe co-injured and complication and supervention merge. Conclusion: The early diagnosis and synthesized treatment in operation and nonoperation. Treated co-injured and complication progressively is the key that increase the cure rate and lower the mortality. ......
