摘要：目的：探讨超早期小骨窗微创手术治疗高血压脑出血临床疗效。方法：回顾分析21例高血压脑出血经超早期小骨窗微创手术治疗的临床病例。结果：恢复良好17例，重残3例，死亡1例。结论：超早期小骨窗微创手术治疗高血压脑出血是一种疗效优、损伤轻、预后好的治疗方法。

    Clinical Analysis of 21 Cases with Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage in Minimal Invasive Operation in Super Early Stage

    Abstract： Objective： To explore the effects of minimal in vasive operation (Small bone-window perestration)in super early stage for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Method： The clinical data of consecutive 21 patients with the hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,treated from 1998 to 2004in our deparment,were reviewed.Result： Among the 21 cases,17 cases recovered well,3cases severe disable,1case died.Conclusion： The minimal invasive operation in super early stage for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage is a kind of method with the better effects ,less damage and more favorable prognosis.
