【摘要】 目的 了解起搏器植入患者术前心理状况，探讨心理干预对起搏器植入患者术前焦虑的影响。方法 将50例起搏器植入术患者随机分为对照组和护理干预组，采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)分别于通知手术日、手术日晨进行问卷调查，观察护理干预对焦虑的影响。结果 植入起搏器患者术前SAS明显高于正常人(P<0.01)；通知手术日干预组与对照组焦虑程度差异无显著性(P>0.05)；手术日晨干预组焦虑低于对照组，差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论 起搏器植入患者术前存在明显焦虑，心理护理干预可有效的降低起搏器植入患者的焦虑情绪。

    Effects of psychological intervention on the preoperative anxiety in the pacemaker-implanted patients

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of the psychological intervention on the preoperative anxiety of the pacemaker-implanted patients.Methods 50 patients,being performed pacemaker-implanting operation,were divided into intervention group and control group randomly.Both groups were evaluated with self-rating anxiety scale to determine the anxiety levels on the operation-informed day and the operating morning respectively.Results The anxious level of all the patients was higher than that of the normal before the operation remarkably (P<0.01) and was no difference on the operation-informed day (P>0.05).On the contrary the intervention group had significant lower scores on the operating morning (P<0.01).Conclusion The pacemaker-implanted patients have remarkable anxiety before operation,which may be reduced efficiently by means of the psychological intervention. ......
