摘要：目的：探讨晚期产后出血的病因及防治措施。方法：1995年1月至2004年12月我院收治35例晚期产后出血的病因及处理记录资料进行回顾性分析。结果：主要病因依次为胎盘胎膜残留，蜕膜残留，子宫复旧不良。结论：治疗以清宫为主。关键词：晚期产后出血；清宫术
Clinical Analysis of 35 Cases late Post Partum Hemorrhage

Abstract: Objective: To study the etiology and management of late post partum hemorrghge. Method: We reviewed the datas of 35 cases late post partum hemorrhage from Jan. 1995 to Dec. 2004. Result: The main reason of post partum hemorrhage is remnant of placenta and fetal mernbranes the remnant of decidua and the bad restoration of uterine. Conclusion: The management of post partum hemorrhage is cleaning the remnant of uterine.
