越菊保和丸的抗抑郁作用研究

     摘要：目的：研究越菊保和丸抗抑郁作用。方法：选取小鼠强迫游泳实验、小鼠悬尾应激实验、拮抗利血平所致的抑郁症状等实验指标研究越菊保和丸的抗抑郁作用。结果：越菊保和丸使小鼠悬尾不动时间和小鼠强迫游泳不动时间显著缩短(P<0.05)，并有显著拮抗利血平所致的体温下降作用和小鼠眼睑下垂及运动不能的作用(P<0.05)。结论：越菊保和丸可能有抗抑郁的作用。

    Effects of Yuejubaohe Pill on Anti-depressant in Mice

    Abstract:Objective:To explore the antidepressant effect of Yuejubaohe Pill.Methods:Using the forced swimming test and tail suspension test,and reserpine mice model,the antidepressant effect of Yuejubaohe Pill was observed.Results:Yuejubaohe Pill significantly shortened immobility time in the forced swimming test and in the tail suspension test in mice,and prevented the depressant symptom induced by reserpine in mice(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yuejubaohe Pill produces an antidepressant like effect in the despair animal models.
