摘要：目的：探讨电视胸腔镜在治疗自发性气胸中的临床应用。方法：自2001年10月至今共完成电视胸腔镜手术治疗自发性气胸38例，经扩大操作孔内镜持针器带4号丝线缝合，简易推结器打结，不使用一次性消耗材料。结果：38例均顺利康复出院，平均住院6d，全部得到随访,中位随访时间13个月(3个月～36个月)无1例复发。结论:电视胸腔手术完全可以取代自发性气胸的开胸手术治疗，本方法降低手术费用，发挥胸腔镜的优势，值得进一步总结应用。

    Video-assisted Thoracoscopy Treatment of Spontaneous Pneumothorax

    Abstract： Objective: To investigate clinical application of video-assisted thoracoscopy treatment of spontaneous pneumothorax. Methods: From October 2001 to present ,38 cases of spontaneous pneumothorax underwent VATS ,with the favor of endoscopic needle holder and extracorporeal knot tying device ligation can be successfully performed through the widening process hole without use of disposal product . Result: 38 patients were recovered and discharged from hospital .The average hospitalization period is 6 days , all the 38 cases had been followed up and median time was 13 months (ranging from 3 to 36 months ) there was no case of recurance . Conclusion: VATS could totally replace traditional thoracotomy in treatment of spontaneous pneumothorax , it also could reduce the operational expense ,the approach more deserved to be summarized for applicaton. ......
