【摘要】 目的 了解我院住院精神疾病患者药物治疗情况。方法 用自行设计的调查表,采取样本整群入组，横断面调查方法。结果 药物治疗以单一用药为主(70.6%)，联合用药所占比例较低(29.4%)；联合用药的原因主要为单一用药疗效不好(74.4%)；单一用药和联合用药药物使用的频率排列在前两位的为氯氮平(50.0%、35.2%)和氯丙嗪(34.5%、25.0%)；各种药物的剂量均在常用剂量范围内，未发现超大剂量用药；18.7%的患者合用了安坦，合用安坦的原因主要为对抗EPS(92.2%)；14.6%的患者合用了苯二氮类，合用苯二氮的原因主要为改善睡眠(87.7%)。结论 我院多数医生精神药物的应用较规范，遵循了单一用药、从小剂量开始逐渐加量、剂量个体化的原则；药物种类的选择主要根据临床有效、价格低廉、副作用相对较小的原则；个别医生用药不够规范，存在少数不合理用药现象。

    【Abstract】 Objective To master our hospital mental patients in hospital medicine treatment present condition.Methods The inquisition form that use to by oneself design, adopt the sample whole flock into the set, the cross section investigative method.Results The medicine cure with the one use medicine is main(70.6%), the association is lower(29.4%).Why we use combination medicine is because the single drug effect is not good(74.4%);The one uses the medicine and associations to arrange with the frequency that the medicine use ahead two is clozapine(50.0%,35.2%) and chlorpromazine(34.5%,25.0%).The amount of various medicine all within the common use measure, did not discover that the super and big amount of uses the medicine.18.7% of patients were used with artane ,the reason for this combination is for against EPS(92.2%). 14.6% of patients were used with dibenzepin,the reason for this combination is to improve sleep(87.7%).Conclusion Most doctors of our hospital the application of the mental medicine is normal. Most doctor followed single, starting from small dosage then increase the dosage gradually, different patients with different dosage . The principle for medicine chose is according to the clinic result, cheap ,smaller side effect .Separately the doctor uses the not enough normal of medicine, existing a handful of absurdities to use the medicine phenomenon ......
