摘要：目的：早期诊断、早期治疗糖尿病，预防糖尿病肾病的发生。方法：对近7年来收治的糖尿病肾病86例患者的临床资料进行了回顾性分析。结果：其中46例好转，无好转或病情加重32例，死亡8例。结论：目前对糖尿病肾病的治疗，除严格控制血糖、血压、降血脂外，尚无特效疗法。早期诊断治疗糖尿病可提高糖尿病人生存质量，减少糖尿病肾病的发生，降低病死率。

    Clinical Analysis of 86 Patients with Diabetic Nephropathy

    Abstract： Objective: To diagnose and treat diabetes mellitus (DM) in time, and prevent diabetic nephropathy from coming into true. Method: Making retrospective analysis to the clinical experiences of 86 cases diagnosed as DN of the last seven years. Result: 46 cases got better, 32 cases didn’t get better even got wone, 8 cases died. Conclusion: There is nothing special to treat DN, but to control blood glucose,blood pressure and blood fat strictly. And having an early diagnosis and treat to DM can improve case’s living quality and decrease the incidence of diabetic nephropathy and death rate.
