摘要：目的：探讨正确的体位护理，促进脑卒中患者的肢体功能恢复，防止褥疮、坠积性肺炎、预防痉挛模式的出现及继发性关节挛缩、畸形及肌萎缩，促进患者的康复。方法：根据病情、病程，采取不同的体位护理，同时配合按摩，通电针刺法等治疗。结果：50例脑卒中患者中无一例发生褥疮，其中一例发生坠积性肺炎。治疗后步行恢复率为85%。结论：正确的体位护理，配合按摩，通电针刺等治疗对脑卒中患者的康复是安全有效的。

    The Position Nursing for the Rehabilitation of the Cerebral Apoplexy Patients

    Abstract： Objective： To explore the correct position nursing, which can promote the rehabilitation of the patients of cerebral apoplexy by accelerating the recovery of limbs function, preventing bedsore, hypostatic pneumonia, avoiding the occurrence of spastic mode, secondary articular contracture deformity and amyotrophia. Method： Different position nursing was adopted according to the course of disease, patient’s condition, supplemented with massotherapy, electrified acupuncture. Result： There was no bedsore and just one hypostatic pneumonia occurring in 50 cases of cerebral apoplexy. Walking recovery rate after treatment was 85%. Conclusion： Correct position nursing, supplemented with massotherapy, electrified acupuncture, is safe and effective for the rehabilitation of the patients with cerebral apoplexy. ......
