盐酸米多君治疗血液透析相关性低血压疗效分析

摘要:目的:观察米多君治疗血液透析相关性低血压的疗效。方法:16例血液透析相关性低血压患者,血液透析前或既往低血压出现前30min口服米多君5~10mg/次,透析处方不变,观察透析中低血压发生情况。结果:16例192例次米多君治疗患者血液透析中脱水速度,透析液电解质浓度,透析温度及透析前血压均无显著性差异(p>0.05); 观察期内红细胞压积,血浆白蛋白均无显著性差异(p>0.05);米多君治疗后总脱水量,Kt/v,透析中最低血压及透析后血压均高于治疗前(p<0.05),低血压发生例次,症状性低血压发生例次均低于治疗前(p<0.05),其中显效9例(56.2%),有效4例(25%),无效3例(18.8%)。结论:米多君治疗血液透析相关性低血压有效且安全。关键词:慢性肾功能衰竭;盐酸米多君;血液透析;低血压
Midodrine Treatment for Patients with Hemodialysis Associated Hypotension

Abstract:Objective: To evaluate efficacy of midodrine in treatment of hemodialysis associated hypotesion. Method: Midodrine(5~10mg) was employed in 16 hemodialysis associated hypotesion patients at the start of dialysis or 30 minutes before occurrences of past recorded intradialysis hypotension with same hemodialysis prescription. Result: The ultrafiltration rate, dialysate electrolyte concentration, dialysate temperature and blood pressure levels prior to dialysis were similar during pre and post midodrine administration periods(p>0.05).
