【摘要】 目的 试图探讨 ptfv1终末电势对诊断左心功能不全的临床价值。方法 收集我院2000～2004年在内科住院的120例Ⅱ级以上心衰病人的临床资料(包括入院前、住院中、抗心衰药物治疗后的心电图、心脏彩超)。分为心衰组、非心衰组、正常组(正常组取自于我院骨外科病人的资料)。ptfv1≤ -0.03mm·s为阳性。结果 心衰组ptfv1 阳性均高于非心衰组、正常组(P<0.01)。结论 ptfv1 阳性是早期左心功能不全的一个重要的、有价值的诊断指标。

    【Abstract】 Objective The clinical value of ptfv1 in the diagnosis of the left myocardial inefficiency is discussed. Method The author had collected clinical materials of the 120 patients with myocardial failure above the level Ⅱ in my hospital from 2000 to 2004 .Those materials included the electrocardiogram and UCG information before, at and after the period of patients' therapy. Those materials were divided into the following groups: the myocardial failure group, the non-myocardial-failure group and normal group. The normal group information came from the patients of the orthopedics department in my hospital. When the PTF is lower than -0.03mm.s, the result is considered as the masculine.Conclusion The ptfv1 of the myocardial failure group appears higher than the one of non-myocardial-failure group. The ptfv1 of normal group is lower than 0.01. So it is an important valuable criterion that the result of ptfv1 is thought as the masculine in the diagnosis on the left myocardial failure. Therefore it is very important for us to observe the clinical change in the myocardial failure degree of the patients. ......
