【摘要】 目的 用改良7H9琼脂培养基对涂阳复治肺结核病人的痰进行直接药敏试验及评价。方法 采用改良7H9琼脂培养基进行痰直接药敏试验及分离培养，并与改良罗氏培养基进行对照比较。结果 40%痰标本在二周内可获得药敏结果，68%痰标本在三周内可获得药敏结果，93%标本在四周内可获得药敏结果，痰标本直接药敏试验与分离物间接药敏试验结果完全一致。结论 改良7H9琼脂培养基用于涂阳痰标本直接药敏试验，可同时对多种抗结核药物进行药敏试验，操作简便，结果准确，快速高效。

    A trial and evaluation on a direct drug sensitivity test on applying improved agar culture medium to phlegm mycobacterium tuberculosis

    【Abstract】 Objective To do a direct drug sensitivity test by applying improved 7H7 agar culture medium to smear positive tuberculosis patients' phlegm; then, to evaluate this trial.Methods To apply 7H7 improved agar culture medium to a direct drug sensitivity test on phlegm; to culture it separately and compare it with improved Roche culture medium. Result As for drug sensitivity test, 40% phlegm samples can get results in 2 weeks, 68% phlegm samples in 3 weeks, and 93% in 4 weeks; results from direct and separate drug sensitivity test on phlegm samples are absolutely the same.Conclusion Improved 7H7 agar culture medium can be applied direct drug sensitivity test on smear positive phlegm, and drug sensitivity tests can be conducted on different antituberculosis medicine at the same time. It is easy to operate, and the results come out accurately and efficiently. ......
