摘要：目的：对国内4个地区的5个肉桂样品进行真伪鉴定及质量评价。方法：采用紫外(UV)光谱法及紫外一阶导数光谱法。结果：5个样品之一被鉴定为正品肉桂；其它4个为肉桂混淆品。结论：UV法可快捷、准确地鉴定肉桂，且能正确评价其质量优劣。该法适用范围广，操作简便，灵敏度高，重复性好，专属性强，且所得图谱具有指纹特征。关键词：肉桂；紫外光谱法；指纹图谱；鉴定
Studies on Identification of Cinnamon by Ultraviolet Spectrum(UV)

Abstract:Objective:To carry on genuine and fake identification and quality evaluation to cinnamon samples of four domestic areas.Methods:Using the method of ultraviolet spectrum and the method of one stage derivative ultraviolet spectrum.Results:One of the five samples is appraised to be certified cinnamon, other four cinnamon samples are appraised to be obscure cinnamon products.Conclusion:The method of ultraviolet spectrum can identify cinnamon swiftly and accurately, and can properly appraise the quality of cinnamon to be good or bad.The method's scope of application is extensive, it is easy and simple to operate, and it also has high sensitivity, good repeatition and strong special attribution.In addition, the diagram that we have got has the characteristic of fingerprint. ......
