【摘要】 目的 对糖尿病合并肺结核患者与单纯肺结核患者抗结核治疗效果进行对比分析，找出糖尿病合并肺结核患者的合理治疗方案。方法 将初治菌阳肺结核合并糖尿患者163例，按照空腹血糖≤8.4mmol/L，>8.4mmol/L，分为1、2组，并设单纯初治菌阳肺结核患者100例为对照组(3组)，对抗结核治疗6个月、12个月痰菌情况对比分析。结果 痰菌阴转率，6月末1、2组与3组差异有非常显著性(χ2=23.4 P<0.01)，1组12月末与3组6月末差异无显著性(χ2=1.5 P>0.05)；1组、2组12月末与6月末差异有显著性(P<0.05)；在6月末、12月末，1组与2组间差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 血糖控制与抗结核疗程长短是糖尿病合并肺结核患者结核病治疗成功的关键，糖尿病合并肺结核患者抗结核疗程应≥12个月。

    【Abstract】 Objective To find out the proper scheme for treating pulmonary tuberculosis patients with diabetes by contrasting and analyzing the different anti-tuberculosis therapeutic effects between the pulmonary tuberculosis patients with and without diabetes.Methods The observation group was 163 smear and culture positive cases with diabetes,which were divided into two sub-groups according to EPG.In the first sub-group,EPG≤8.4mmol/L.In the second sub-group,EPG>8.4mmol/L,the control group (Group 3) was 100 smear and culture positive cases.After six months and twelve months anti-tuberculosis therapy,we conducted contrasts and analyses of their respective sputum.Results By comparing the sputum negative conversion rates,we gained the following results:Group 3 was significantly different from group 1+2(χ2=23.4 P<0.01)at the end of the 6th month,there was no outstanding differences between groups,which was observed at the end of the 12th month and group 3 at the end of the 6ht month (χ2=1.5 P>0.05).The 12 months therapy and the 6 months to group 1 and group 2 were remarkably different (P<0.025).There were obvious differences between group 1 and group 2 when they respectively underwent treatment for 6 months and 12 months (P<0.025).Conclusion The key to curing successfully pulmonary tuberculosis patients with diabetes lies in controlling blood sugar and carrying out proper course of treatment,the course of treatment should not be less than 12 months. ......
